Pam's law practice has been concentrated in real estate transactions with over 20 years of experience representing parties to acquisitions, financing, leasing, development and dispositions. She has experience handling land, office, retail, and multi-family transactions for large and small businesses, individuals and REITs.
Pam earned her B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D., with honors, from the University of Baltimore, where she received the American Jurisprudence Award in Contracts.
She has been a member of the Maryland State Bar Association since 1997.
