Todd Chase practices in the area of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing. Todd has vast experience representing an array of clients including public and private equity firms, public corporations and developers in connection with the purchase, sale, and leasing of industrial, office, and retail properties, including portfolio transactions.
Todd has played a lead role in representing his diverse array of clients, including:
- Representation of a private equity firm in the acquisition of a portfolio of industrial properties for approximately $240,000,000.
- Representation of a private equity firm in the sale of a portfolio of industrial properties for approximately 165,000,000.
- Representation of a national investment trust in all Maryland office and industrial leasing matters.
- Representation of a national utility company in the sale of land in Ashburn, Virginia for 21,700,000.
- Representation of a national utility company in the sale of an office building in Reston, Virginia for $100,000,000.
- Representation of a developer in construction financing and leasing of the mixed use “Brewers Hills” commercial redevelopment project in Baltimore, Maryland.
- Representation of a developer in the acquisition and leasing of the mixed use “1111 Light Street” commercial redevelopment project in Baltimore, Maryland.
Todd is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the MSBA Section of Real Property, Planning and Zoning.
Todd earned his B.S. from the University of Maryland, College Park and his J.D., with honors, from the University of Maryland.
