Maria Bazakos focuses her practice on all aspects of real estate law, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, and related corporate services. She regularly advises real estate investors, developers, REITs, and family offices in all real property asset classes across the country.
Working with both landlords and tenants, Maria counsels clients on structuring, preparing and negotiating leases. She has wide-ranging experience with subleases, build-to-suit, ground and space leases for mixed-use, industrial and office properties.
Maria's experience extends to negotiating loans for various types of properties and loan structures ranging from traditional real property secured loans to construction financing and mezzanine debt financing.
